Navigate to the Repairs section from your dashboard and click "New Repair". Fill in the customer details, vehicle information, and a description of the work required. You can assign technicians, add parts, and set estimated completion dates all from the repair form.

Yes. Every customer gets access to the Customer Portal where they can view real-time repair updates, approve quotes, check invoices, and manage their vehicle details. Customers receive automatic notifications when the status of their repair changes.

GarageSync supports Stripe for card payments, PayPal for online payments, and GoCardless for Direct Debit (SEPA). You can configure your preferred payment gateways from the Settings page and offer multiple payment options to your customers.

Go to Settings and then Staff Management. Click "Add Staff" and enter their email address and role. They will receive an invitation email with instructions to set up their account. You can assign roles such as Manager, Technician, or Staff to control their access level.

Yes. GarageSync supports CSV imports for customers, vehicles, and parts. Navigate to Settings and then Data Import to upload your files. The system will guide you through mapping your columns to the correct fields. Contact support if you need help with large or complex migrations.

Visit the Account and Billing section in your dashboard. Click "Change Plan" to view the available options. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Absolutely. Each garage has its own isolated database, ensuring your data is completely separate from other tenants. All connections are encrypted with SSL, passwords are securely hashed, and we perform regular automated backups. GarageSync is fully GDPR compliant.

Yes, all new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to sign up. At the end of your trial, you can choose the plan that best suits your garage.
